Step by step, southbound
From Del Rio, take Veterans Blvd (Spur 239) south to the Del Rio–Ciudad Acuña International Bridge toll plaza.
Pay the toll and cross the bridge over the Rio Grande into Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila.
Clear the aduana checkpoint immediately after the bridge and follow signage to INM if you need to process an FMM.
If you need a vehicle Temporary Import Permit, continue about 10 minutes into town to the Banjercito office on Calle Hidalgo in Zona Centro.
Continue south on Mexican Federal Highway 2 toward your destination.
