Welcome to NoStressBorders.com. By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. What we provide

NoStressBorders provides personalized informational checklists to help travelers prepare for border crossings with their personal vehicles. Our service is informational only. We are not affiliated with any government agency, immigration authority, or customs office, and we do not provide legal, immigration, or customs advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You are responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate answers in the questionnaire.

3. Purchases and payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price at the time of purchase. We do not store your credit card information. Prices may change at any time without notice. Promotional and coupon codes are subject to their own conditions, such as expiry dates or a limit of one use per customer, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Changing your crossing date. Plans change, so your first crossing-date change is free. Any further changes are $5 each, shown to you before you confirm, and can be covered by account credit you have earned. This fee reflects that changing your date rebuilds your entire personalized checklist and reschedules the reminders and permit-window guidance around your new date.

4. Account credits

From time to time we may issue account credit as a reward — for example, when you submit photos from your border crossing that we review and approve. Credits are a discretionary loyalty reward, not a purchase or a stored-value instrument.

• Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.
• Credit is earned only for content we review and approve (such as approved crossing photos) — not simply for completing a survey — and approval is at our sole discretion.
• Available credit is applied automatically toward your next checklist purchase, after any discount or promotional code. If your credit covers the full price, no payment is charged.
• Credits expire 24 months after they are issued.
• We may decline, withhold, reduce, or revoke credit — including for submissions that are low-quality, inappropriate, fraudulent, duplicated, or that violate these Terms.
• Credit applied to a purchase is not refunded as cash; if an order paid with credit is refunded, the credit is returned to your account, subject to its original expiry.

5. Digital product delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your personalized checklist. This is a digital product delivered electronically. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

6. Refund policy

We offer refunds only under the conditions described on our Guarantee page. Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not provided once the checklist has been delivered, except as expressly provided under our Guarantee policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to the checklist begins immediately. Refund requests must be submitted to support@nostressborders.com.

7. No guarantee of border outcomes

Use of this service does not guarantee entry into any country, approval of any permit, or acceptance by border officials. Final entry decisions are made solely by government authorities and may depend on factors outside the scope of our service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the correct documentation and comply with all applicable laws.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoStressBorders and its owners shall not be liable for any:

• Denied border entry or immigration refusals
• Delays, fines, penalties, or vehicle seizures
• Travel disruptions or financial losses
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

In all cases, the maximum liability of NoStressBorders shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

9. Intellectual property

All content, checklists, tools, text, and design on this website are the property of NoStressBorders. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the checklist for your own travel. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access or disrupt our systems, copy or resell our content, or provide false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

11. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or changes to the service.

12. AI support assistant

Our checklist includes an optional AI-powered support chat (currently a research beta) that answers questions about your crossing and how the checklist works. It is provided “as is,” for general informational purposes only. Its responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; they do not constitute legal, immigration, or customs advice and do not replace your checklist or official government sources. Do not rely on chat responses for critical decisions without independently verifying them. We may change, limit, or discontinue the chat at any time, and AI-chat responses are not covered by our Guarantee.

13. User submissions and content

You may choose to submit content to us — for example, photos of a border crossing or feedback through our follow-up questionnaire. By submitting content, you represent that you own it or have the right to share it, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain unlawful content, and that you have consent from any identifiable individuals shown. You grant NoStressBorders a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, and display the submitted content — including on our website and port pages — to operate and improve the service. We may review, decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion and are not obligated to use or credit any submission. Any account credit for approved submissions is governed by Section 4.

Photo-mapping (bounty) program. If you contribute through our photo-mapping program, you additionally confirm that you personally took the photo at the location shown, that you own all rights to it, and that you are not submitting anyone else’s image — including screenshots from Google Street View or other websites. The license you grant above extends to using your contributed photos and location details in our marketing. Rewards (cash or account credit, in the amount shown for each location) are issued only for submissions we approve after review, at our discretion; typically only the first usable submission for a given location is rewarded, and we are not obligated to reward duplicate, low-quality, or ineligible submissions. Cash rewards are paid to the payment details you provide; account credit is governed by Section 4. Submitting an image you did not take, or that you do not have the right to share, is a breach of these terms and may result in forfeiture of any reward.

Crossing Contributor program. From time to time we may offer a complimentary or discounted Interactive Border Checklist to travelers who join as contributors. If you accept such an offer, you agree to (a) photograph the requested locations at your crossing and submit them through the photo-mapping program, and (b) complete our post-crossing follow-up survey so we can build accurate border-intelligence data. Any complimentary checklist or promotional code offered for participation is conditional on completing the agreed contribution; we may withhold a reward, or decline to issue or honor a code, where the photos or survey are not completed. These offers are limited in number, may be withdrawn at any time, and are otherwise subject to the coupon terms in Section 3.

14. Privacy

Your use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
